b. You can choose to provide us with your phone number, and you can choose it yourself. These will be linked to your HiPlay account for logging in through your phone number. If you choose to bind your phone number to your account, you will have the option to log in through your phone number, and we will access your phone number to verify your user identity.
c. User service information. Any information you provide when seeking our technical or user service support, or communicating with us when exercising the rights of information subjects.
2. The information we collect when you use our services
When you use our services, we will automatically collect certain information. The types of information we automatically collect may vary, but typically include:
a. Device information. We collect information about the device you are using from the device you are using. For example, we collect information about your hardware and software, such as application version, device memory, device ID, device model, etc
b. Usage information. We collect information about your activities through our services. For example, we may collect information about how you interact with HiPlay, how you communicate with other HiPlay users, and your usage history.

d. Transaction information. In order to purchase the products and services provided in our paid products and services, you can obtain them by paying us. We will collect your transaction information (such as purchase date, project, amount, etc.) so that you can search for your transaction records and protect your property to the maximum extent possible. Please note that we will not receive your payment account, password, and security code.
e. Chat messages and message board messages. In order to ensure a harmonious and healthy community environment, we collect the above information to avoid any remarks that may offend or disturb others in your chat messages on HiPlay.
f. Contact records. If you contact our service team through our feedback feature or any other means, we may receive your email address, your IP address, and any information you send us to help resolve your concerns. When you provide feedback to us, you automatically agree to us receiving and using such information. You also agree that we can keep contact records with you, including any complaints we receive from other users (as well as complaints from other users about you).

Automatically updating the application HiPlay or other users on your device may report competitions, special offers, or other events or activities ("Events") on the service. If you do not want to participate in an event, do not use specific metadata related to the event (i.e. topic tags or geographic tags).
We will take appropriate measures to protect your rights in accordance with this policy and only share your personal information with third parties when necessary. This situation includes:
1. We may share summary information with third parties such as Facebook or Google that support HiPlay services to analyze crashes and improve service performance, analyze payment processing services (including security and fraud detection), and notify and improve the refund process when you request a refund. All third parties providing services to us shall not retain, use or disclose your information except for providing services to support this service.
2. Regulatory agencies, judicial and law enforcement agencies, and other third parties to ensure safety, security, or compliance with the law. We will also cooperate with law enforcement investigations within and/or outside your country of residence. This may include disclosing your personal information to the government, law enforcement agencies, or private groups to protect the rights, property, or safety of HiPlay and users, or when we sincerely believe that disclosure is required by law, or when we deem it necessary to disclose in our own judgment to protect our or third party's legitimate rights and/or comply with judicial jurisdiction, litigation, court orders, or legal proceedings served on us to protect the public interest. In this case, we may raise or waive any legal objections or rights available to us.

You can exercise your rights by deleting certain features on your device, and you can exercise all other rights by sending us an email. This includes:
a. Access and Carrying Rights
You can view and access your personal profile information anytime in HiPlay. You can also contact us to obtain a portable copy of information not provided in HiPlay, so that you can move or store it anywhere you want. Based on our reasonable and unilateral judgment, if your verifiable request affects or will affect the rights or freedoms of other users, or is clearly unfounded or excessive, we reserve the right to charge reasonable fees (taking into account the resulting management fees) or reject your request.
b. Correction rights
If we process your personal data, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data is accurate and meets the purpose of collection. If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to correct your inaccurate personal data in accordance with applicable laws. You can modify it through your account settings or provide your information to contact us for modification, and we will make the correction as soon as possible.
c. The right to delete your information
If you find that our collection and use of your personal information violates laws, administrative regulations, or mutual agreements, or without your consent, you may request us to delete it. d. The right to delete your HiPlay account
If you no longer want to use the service, you can delete your HiPlay account in the application by following these steps:
·Open "HiPlay"
·Click on "My"
·Click on "Settings">"Account and Security">"Cancel Account"
·Select an option and click on "Cancel Account"
·Click "Understand, continue to log out"
Canceling your HiPlay account means deleting your account, assets (including currency, friends, rankings, outfits, etc.), and game records. Even if you cancel your account, we may still retain some log data in the database, but this data will be disassociated from any identifying information, making it no longer linked to your account. For this purpose, we will regularly remove certain identification information from these log data and replace any instances of your account with replacement identifiers. Once the replacement identifier is deleted, it will not be able to link back to your account.
We may also retain your information for reasons such as legal issues, violation of terms, or injury prevention work.
e. The right to revoke your authorization
You can choose whether to disclose information at any time. Using our services requires certain information, but the provision of most other information is up to you. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting information or revoke your authorization by deleting information, disabling device functions, etc.
After you revoke your authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the revoked authorization, nor will we process your corresponding information. But your decision to revoke the authorization will not affect the information processing previously carried out under your authorization.
